How to rearrange PDF pages
- Select the PDF.
- Drag each page to its new position. Use Reverse order for documents scanned back to front.
- Select Save new order and download the file.
About this tool
Scanned documents often come out shuffled, and merged files sometimes need one page moved. Rearranging here lets you see every page while you reorder it.
The label under each preview shows the page's original number, so you can always tell which page is which.

Does this work on a phone?
Yes. Press and hold a page for a moment, then drag it to its new place.
Can I reverse the whole document?
Yes. Reverse order flips every page in one step, which helps with documents that were scanned last page first.
Can I also remove pages?
Use Delete PDF pages for that. You can run the file through both tools, one after the other.
