About this tool
Extracting is handy for pulling one invoice out of a monthly statement, sharing a single chapter, or keeping just the signed pages of an agreement. Your original file stays unchanged.
Selected pages are highlighted as you pick them, and the page box updates as you click, so it's easy to check your choice before saving.
Questions
What's the difference between extract and split?
Extract gives you one new PDF made of the pages you pick. Split cuts the whole document into several files.
Can I get each page as its own file?
Yes. Turn on Save each page as a separate PDF and you'll get a ZIP with one PDF per page.
Will the page order change?
Pages are saved in their original order. To change the order, use Rearrange PDF afterwards.
